Certified Driver Trainer Program
Join an elite group of D. M. Bowman, Inc. drivers – the D. M. Bowman,
Inc. Driver Trainer Team.
With:
-
6 months experience, no more than 1 preventable accident,
incident or Workers Comp. claim
-
Driver Trainer Certification Training (training offered
at terminal sites)
In addition to your regular earnings we offer:
- Extra pay; $40 per day while with a student (driver trainers can
earn $6,000 - $8,000)
- Additional paid time off (1 day for each 30 days of training
provided)
- Priority consideration for assignment of new
equipment
- Participation in special recognition and reward programs
